Content & Community Manager (Full-Time)
Responsible for the ideation and creation of creative content for various digital and social channels in line with client’s marketing objectives.
• Develop content to align with clients’ marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for client platforms, including social media posts, blog pieces, articles, newsletters etc.
• Manage client social media accounts and increase brand awareness and interaction with audience.
• Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests.
• Analyze online traffic and relevant community metrics.
• Relay community feedback to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist influencers in developing and creating content to suit content plan.
• Prepare Monthly social media reports for clients.
